The nourishment of the spirit has already been mentioned once briefly, which now leads to the further question of what is to be done in order to grant the spirit the right care and what kind of nourishment it actually needs. This question must be answered with this: Every life form must be kept alive by an appropriate nourishment, through which the entire evolution of all forms is guaranteed. All and everything therefore requires a nourishment, whether it now concerns a human life form or an animal or plant life form, a crystal, a stone or anything else; the nourishment is simply necessary for everything, whether it now concerns a material body or solids or the spirit. Only the kind and form of the nourishment are subject to gradual differences, precisely according to creational-law based determination; each kind according to its kind. For the preservation of a material body* or body, material nourishment is required, whereas for the spirit, a fine fluidal, fine-energetical nourishment is necessary. (*refers to solids such as crystals, stones, planets, celestial bodies, etc.). For the preservation of the body and the life of the Earth human being very much has been done up to now, especially by the sciences which have achieved very extraordinary successes through breeding of new life forms and production of nourishment from all possible things. But these new breeds and products, etc., as is usual with the falsely thinking and falsely-acting Earth human beings, led thereto that the physical evolution possibilities of the Earth human beings became discredited.
Through the new breeds and new products which were developmentally changed into ever finer forms, the original natural nourishment was displaced and never evenly matched by the scientifically created substitute. This means that the nourishment for the body available to the Earth humankind at the present time is overbred and almost valueless, and that the Earth human being has more and more fallen prey to a physical degeneration and weakening which rob them of any resistance against external and internal influences and causes them to fall victim to diseases and lingering illnesses. Through their purely intellect-based thinking, the Earth human beings have forced themselves into the damnation and paved the way into the impenetrable darkness, and a part of this way into the impenetrable darkness and damnation is also the production of nourishment in an overfarmed form. But also this way is only an evil consequence of the rationality-based irrationality of the Earth human being, because he/she constantly disregarded all laws and recommendations of the Creation and the nature and in the present time disregards them more than ever. Every world body was and is created according to exact measures and this means that with each life form, only a very definite number of life forms can exist on the individual world-bodies without them running into any danger (1-world-body = celestial body - planets, moons, asteroid, sun, etc.). The number of life forms of each world-body, insofar as it is designated to carry life, is thus determined. The use of the creational laws and recommendations then enables the nature to bring to use its laws which are likewise creationally-conditioned very precisely and correctly in order to thereby keep the number of the possible life forms precisely at their levels.
So now the first energy-form is obtained from other life forms, the second nourishment form is obtained from the cosmic-electromagnetic level, in likewise spiritual energy form, and the third form is created by the consciousness-based thinking process, through which knowledge and wisdom, love and other powers are formed in the consciousness and in the Spirit. These are therefore the second and third nourishment form of the spirit. This us the bread and wine of which Jmmanuel had spoken; the nourishment of the spirit.

But now if a life form gets very badly out of control of the good human nature, raises itself imperiously above the nature and above the following of its laws, then the brazen regulation of the creational laws and recommendations is broken and a chaos arises. In this chaos lies then the condition that the life form which has gotten very badly out of control of the good human nature multiplies quickly and exceeds the determined number for its species. Through this, the nourishment in turn becomes too scarce for this life form because the nature is no longer able to bring forth this necessary nourishment. The nature of a world is able to produce nourishment for a very definite number of life forms, but if this number is exceeded, this inevitably leads to the catastrophe. This is exactly what the Earth human being has provoked, even though around 2000 years ago the very precise number of the human life forms had been mentioned which can be nourished by the earthly nature, namely 529 million human beings. The number of Earth human beings at the present time, however, amounts to already eight-fold (1975) the possible norm, which is still continuously being increased unresponsibly by the irrational human rationality-based thinking (2004 = 7.5 thousand million) December 31st 2017 (midnight CET) = 8,844,128,002 human beings But in order to put a stop to this unlogical excess, the way must be taken which has already been mentioned at a previous place. For a very long time, the Earth human being has only ever asked the question about the nourishment for their corporeal well-being, but a question about the nourishment for his/her spirit indwelling within him/ her had been stifled in the deepest depth by them.
But this question is just as important as the question about the nourishment for the body: The precise observation and recognition teaches that for the preservation of the body, all nourishments and liquids are fed through the mouth and reach into the stomach and into the intestines, etc., where they are separated and converted into all vital substances. Therefore, as also with the seed, all influences enter from the outside to the inside and thus produce the life, so it also happens with the Earth human being and all other life forms. This is a law of the Creation which states that every life form takes in its nourishment from the outside to the inside and usefully transforms and reworks it in a conversion process, making it capable of sustaining the life. But now that this creational law awakens the cognition that this process is inherent to all life forms, thus also to the spiritual forms, so the question arises: Where does the spirit residing in a life form take in its nourishment, and where does it obtain this? The answer to this question is very clear: The spirit takes in its nourishment from the outside into itself, into its spiritual mass, which does not need a mouth. This nourishment consists of pure fine-fluidal-energetical, cosmic electromagnetic form and lives in all things. Every life form, however, also sends out energy streams from its inner spirit-form, which are again picked up by other inner spirit-forms and processed as nourishment. From this it follows that all existing life forms are connected to each other through their inner spirit-forms and provide each other with spiritual energies. This means that each life form is dependent on the other and forms a oneness in the individual as well as in the mass. This is the brotherly and sisterly connectedness of the life forms.
